My Story

I've seen what happens when agents don't have a system.

I'm Kalima Downer-Alexander — a CRM strategist and digital systems builder with a focus on health and life insurance professionals. I've spent years understanding how agents work, where their pipelines break down, and what it actually takes to run a sustainable book of business in today's market.
